Newsletter administration: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your name, e-mail, and preferred language to send you our newsletter. This information is stored in Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
Warranty Claim: When you submit a warranty claim through our website, we collect the information you provide, such as contact name, email address, phone number, order details, product number(s), and any uploaded files. This data is used solely to process your request and communicate with you as necessary. Your information is stored securely, not shared with third parties unless required to fulfill the request.
Meeting Requests: When you submit a meeting request via our website, we collect the information you provide – including your name, e-mail address, phone number, company, and any comments. This information is only used to coordinate and confirm the meeting, as well as for relevant follow-up.
Customer login: For our customer login feature, we collect your name and e-mail. A password is provided which you can change at any time here. Your data is stored in skyPIM and WordPress. Customers with login will also receive our newsletter, consent is collected through e-mail.
Disclosure of information
We collaborate with several third parties (most mentioned above) for the storage and processing of data, including IT solution providers and our subcontractors. These third parties only process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use them for their own purposes.
The disclosure of personal information such as name and e-mail will only occur if you provide your consent.
