Wood colors
Norna Playgrounds offers 13 different standard colors, all transparent.
LE11964 Chestnut
The standard color Chestnut is available on most of our standard products. This color is highly transparent but gives the wood a darker glow. We do not provide a reference color code, and the color is not shown in our renderings.
For repairs
Color codes (e.g., NCS or RAL) are approximate and intended for opaque colors. Achieving a transparent finish requires custom matching by a paint specialist. Always perform a visual color test before carrying out larger repairs.
Norna Playgrounds does not supply paint to customers outside Denmark. In addition, color variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of different wood types. The sample images below are for reference only, the paint shown is applied to heartwood pine.

Rope colors
Our standard rope color is black. The only exception is in our NORNA ARC series, where some of the vertical rope elements are yellow.
Steel colors
As a general rule, Norna Playgrounds does not paint the steel on standard playground equipment.
The only exception is our Nature Fitness equipment, developed in collaboration with Denfit. These products use powder-coated steel in gray. For repairs, we recommend an industrial paint with the color code RAL 7046.
