• Invoice number from Norna Playgrounds, so we can locate the order in our system
• Product numbers of the specific items affected, this is important, as a warranty claim does not always cover the entire order
• A clear description of the issue, ideally with photos or scans that include visual markings showing what is wrong – as well as any relevant documentation for inspection and maintenance
