Once again, we have received the CSRpeople mark from Horsens Municipality as recognition of companies that take active social responsibility. For us, it is not about a diploma on the wall, but about a lasting commitment to people and community.

We work with the municipality to offer training and rehabilitation programmes that help people move closer to the labor market. Through the MicroTaskforce, we provide feedback and guidance to job seekers to help them find new direction and motivation.

When hiring new employees, we focus on creating opportunities for diversity in a way that makes sense for both the individual and the company. At the same time, we strive to create a workplace where people feel seen, heard, and able to develop.

Receiving the CSRpeople mark again is both an appreciation and a confirmation that we are on the right path.
